GENERAL CONDITIONS TO RENT WITH EXECUTIVE RENTA CAR

• Be 21 years of age or older with a 2 year driving experience and present a valid driver’s license.
• Passport or another valid photo ID.
• Major Credit Card with available balance of approximately $800 US dollars for compact cars up to $1.400 US dollars for Luxury Sedan & SUV, $1.800 US dollars for Armored SUV, to be used as a Security Deposit during the time that the car is in your custody in case of an accident with the vehicle.
• Reserve the vehicle with a minimum amount of $60 US dollars, this amount may increase up to $300 US dollars, this amount will only be required for long term rentals and luxury vehicles, due to high season, couple days before the delivery date, just to ensure confirmation of the rental.
• Payment in full of the rental days upon delivery of the vehicle in one of our agencies.

• For your Convenience, Trust and Security, Executive Renta Car is the first Car Rental Agency in Colombia to accept virtual payments thru PAYPAL, therefore we will take all major credit cards like DISCOVER and many more, from the most Secure and Biggest provider of online payments in the world.
• All of our quotes include Exclusive Car Insurance with the highest and best coverage in the country, which will cover 90% damages to our vehicle and 100% to third parties. A minimum deductible of $780 US dollars that covers Road, Medical and Legal Assistance, and if needed replacement of the vehicle.
• Unlimited mileage throughout the city, Delivery and return of the vehicle in any of our offices at the airport or preferred Hotel in the city.
• For your satisfaction, with the top of mind to provide you with excellent service, Our Own Exclusive Fleet of cars are always inspected by our personal staff to ensure the best performance.
• As a benefit Executive Renta Car doesn’t charge for the registration of additional drivers, but they will need to be registered and fulfill our requirements before we deliver the vehicle. It is not allowed to register another driver after an accident; to do so may cause the insurance company to deny the claim.
• Executive Renta Car doesn’t apply additional charges to our vehicles due to High Season; we offer you; the best rates in excellent vehicles all year round! When you make a reservation with us you are guaranteed the vehicle selected and the best price.
• We count one day as 24 hours, after the third hour of the due time, we will charge you an additional day according to our standard daily prices.
• In case of car theft, you will have to notify our offices immediately and You will have to present us with a formal police report and cooperate with any information needed to recover our vehicle. For your safety and peace of mind Executive Renta Car installs GPS systems to track and trace our cars; we have CERO losses and claims for auto theft to our Insurance Company.
• When returning the vehicle to any of our offices, the car should be in the same conditions and functionality as when it was delivered to you; except for the normal wear and tear of a responsible Driver. It has to have the same level of fuel or we will charge you according to our standard prices. Also when we will inspect back the vehicle it is required to be in acceptable condition, if it is full of dirt or mud, the vehicle will have to get washed first before returning the security deposit amount; that may cause additional charges. Smoking is not allowed in any of our vehicles.
• The special offers we send thru emails are not to be combined with other promotions.
• When you reserve your car, colors and specifications may vary.
• If you wish to return the vehicle in a different city from which you rented, this will be subject to prior approval from our staff and will incurred in additional Return Charges. For Sedans and Compact vehicles, the charge is $300 US dollars and for SUV’s is $400 US dollars.
• Executive Renta Car will guarantee and hold the vehicle previously reserved and paid for, up to 8 hours from the time of pick up, Or in case of prior notification to Executive Renta Car, we reserve the right to allow further extension.
• For all reservations, pick up and return times of any vehicle out of the normal scheduled hours, there will be an additional fee.
• The cancelation of any reservation due to other circumstances not liable to Executive Renta Car will not be reimbursed, although we reserve the right to make exceptions y and give a Credit for future visits.
• Executive Renta Car reserves the right to rent the vehicle ONLY to the person or companies who comply with our guidelines and requirements that can guarantee the correct use of the vehicle, for recreational or business purposes only.
• When driving in Colombia, You must always obey traffic laws.
